Staff across South West Hospital and Health Service are committed to delivering high‑quality care and supporting our communities. Engagement results are broadly consistent with other public health services, providing a solid foundation for continued improvement.
Staff feedback reinforced the importance of clear communication, role clarity and visible leadership. In response, actions are underway to strengthen onboarding, improve role information and enhance support during periods of increased workload.
The Executive Leadership Team is progressing actions aligned to this feedback and organisational values, with a focus on wellbeing, leadership, accountability and communication. We look forward to measuring progress through the next Culture Compass survey in May 2026.
