The South West Aged Care Strategy provides a roadmap for supporting older people to live healthy, connected, and independent lives. Developed in partnership with the community and key stakeholders, the strategy identifies priorities and actions to improve access to services, support ageing in place, promote wellbeing, and create age-friendly communities across the South West.
