For many of the communities we serve South West HHS is the sole aged care provider for people aged 65 years or older, or 50 years if you are a First Nations person.
In support of the national Aged Care Statement of Rights South West HHS’s aged care services strives to provide a rights-based, person-centred model of aged care for people living in our residential aged care or receiving community based support.
