Our Way - Together: South West HHS First Nations Health Equity Strategy

Our Way - Together places Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, communities and our staff across the South West HHS, at the centre of healthcare service design and delivery.

It outlines performance measures and actions to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for the First Nations people and communities we serve, and the staff that support them.

It also demonstrates our commitment to work with our key partners towards achieving health equity and our efforts to actively eliminate historical racial discrimination and institutional racism.

Supporting action plans, and progress reports, set out the key steps we are taking.
